Personal Training mobile in Basel

As a personal trainer, I will create a training concept for you that is tailored to your condition and based on your personal goals. And mobile means: I come to you! Book my Personal Training to actively improve your overall physical condition, reduce pain and discomfort or overcome sporting hurdles. There are several good reasons for Personal Training.

More time for individual care

Compared to physiotherapy, personal training gives you more time to focus in detail on your individual overall fitness and to take a precise "inventory" of your physical condition and training goals. During my Personal Training, I am fully focused on you and adapt my exercise program to your needs. Health restrictions are taken into account, but should not be a constraint. We will also discuss your everyday situation and typical moments in which the body is under strain or not moving enough. You will make progress with my friendly and humorous guidance. Of course, I will monitor the execution of the training exercises and provide assistance. You will find that although my training plan demands concentration and effort, it is closely geared to your personal progress and goals - and you will enjoy it!

Physiotherapy

Motivation against one's weaker self

If you train alone, boredom can set in, but my varied exercises and instructions will reawaken the joy of training. I will introduce you to new, unfamiliar exercises and encourage you to trust yourself and your body to do more. It is often not comfort but fear of pain that causes people to increasingly avoid physical exertion in everyday life. The brake is in your head, because your body can do much more than you think. This is where I can encourage you with my Personal Training and help you to regain your own strength and mobility. This applies to people of all ages who have been weakened for a long time due to an accident, illness or surgery, for example, and want to build up their muscles again, but also to senior citizens - older people who want to maintain their strength and mobility.

Only self-payers.

Tailored to your personal objectives

One of the good reasons for personal training is to actively lose weight if you are overweight, when there is a risk of serious consequences such as joint damage. The goal is clear, but unfortunately the time pressure of a busy everyday life leaves little room for studio appointments. And some people don't want to train in public. In such cases, I will come to you as a mobile trainer to establish a training routine with you on site and take the first steps to help you find your own regularity. I visit and train people of all ages who want to benefit physically from my training and also want to maintain some mental energy - in their familiar surroundings, in the office, studio or at home.

Sporting ambition in Personal Training

If you are an sportsperson, you can use my Personal Training specifically to optimize your own performance, practice new movement sequences or prevent injuries. We work together as a duo to achieve your sporting goal: I develop training levels tailored precisely to your physical requirements with varied exercises and adapt them to your optimization potential. With my expertise and experience, I can teach you how to coordinate and effectively execute movement sequences. And you, the athlete, tell me the goal that should be the focus of your Personal Training. During the entire training process, the sub-goals are documented and progress is reflected upon. Injury-free sporting success with Personal Training.
